Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 CE Field Service, Brøndby

Please note that this role requires physical presence in Denmark, and fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential for effective collaboration with our Danish team and stakeholders.

As a Functional Consultant with a focus on Field Service, you will play a central role in designing and implementing the future service platform at FORCE Technology. You will be responsible for ensuring that our technicians and planners have the right digital tools to perform and document technical on-site services at customer locations and in our testing facilities.

You will be part of a major business transformation that affects almost every employee at FORCE Technology. At the same time, you will join a cross-disciplinary team with colleagues in Denmark, Poland, and the Netherlands, and work closely with both business stakeholders and developers in an agile environment.

You will take the lead in configuring and developing Dynamics 365 CE, ensuring the solution is coherent, scalable, and meets business needs. The solution is being developed and rolled out incrementally across the organisation, with the team responsible for implementing and stabilising each core process in close collaboration with users.

• Analyse and optimise business processes related to technical on-site services and customer support

• Facilitate workshops with technicians and managers, translating needs into user stories and solution designs

• Perform configuration and ongoing enhancements in Dynamics 365 CE using low-code/no-code capabilities, including: Adding and customising fields, entities, and forms

• Updating business process flows and business rules

• Setting up data validation, duplicate detection, and automations

• Configuring security roles, team structure, and access control

• Collaborate with developers and consultants in Denmark and abroad

• Participate in agile activities such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Support testing, training, and adoption of the solution across the organisation

Technical experience and tools:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service—ideally from a consulting or internal role in a technical company

• Hands-on experience with configuration in Dynamics 365 CE and interest in owning and developing the solution internally

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code features, business process flows, data validation, and security setup

• Experience with test automation and mobile apps is a plus, but not a requirement

• Experience with integration to D365 FO is an advantage

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps is beneficial

• Experience designing coherent solutions—preferably with knowledge of solution architecture and integration between D365 CE and D365 FO

• Business understanding and collaboration skills:
  Insight into workflows related to technical on-site services, scheduling, asset management, and logistics

• Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams to create shared understanding

• Structured and responsible with a proactive approach to tasks and change

• Fluent in both Danish and English—spoken and written

• Enjoy working across disciplines and borders and want to contribute to a larger digital transformation journey

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
