We are looking for an Enterprise Architect for our IT & Digitalisation department who can create long‑term coherence in our architecture and play a central role in driving our digital transformation journey.

About the role and key responsibilities

As an Enterprise Architect, you take the lead in shaping the architectural direction behind our major transformation programs. You will define, develop and anchor our enterprise architecture across business, applications, data and technology.

 

You will work closely with senior leadership, the business and our technical teams, acting as a trusted advisor in an organization with deep technical expertise. At the same time, you will engage in the operational decision points, ensuring that the architecture is translated into solid and practical solutions.

 

This is a pivotal role with significant influence on how FORCE Technology will evolve digitally in the years ahead.

 

The primary workplace for this role is our headquarters in Brøndby.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and further developing the long-term enterprise architecture vision and target architecture
  • Translating strategic needs into concrete solution architectures in collaboration with function and technical specialists
  • Ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating model, application landscape and technology platforms
  • Establishing and enforcing architecture principles, standards and guardrails across domains
  • Owning and maintaining the EA repository and documentation standards
  • Advising senior leadership and actively contributing to architecture and decision forums
  • Ensuring long-term sustainability and consistency of the architecture across the organization

Your profile

To succeed in the role, we expect that you:

Enterprise Architecture Experience

  • Have proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Lead Architect in a large and complex organization, including work across multiple domains and responsibility for architecture governance
  • Are comfortable operating in transformation programs and in organizations with evolving architecture practices

 

Cross-Domain Competence

  • Have a strong understanding of business architecture, including processes, capabilities, value streams, and operating models
  • Have hands‑on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (D365 CE, D365 FO, Azure, O365)
  • Have hands-on experience with data and information architecture, including data ownership, governance, and conceptual/logical data modelling
  • Have knowledge of integration architecture, such as API design, event‑driven patterns and service‑bus‑based architectures
  • Have experience working with EA tools (e.g., ABACUS)
  • Have experience with AI capabilities within the Microsoft platform, which is an advantage

 

Personal and Leadership Capabilities

  • Communicates with clarity and impact, and builds strong, trust‑based collaboration across executives, business leaders, and technical teams
  • Are able to set direction and offer constructive challenge – also in situations where authority is based on influence rather than formal mandate
  • Navigates analytically and calmly through complex stakeholder landscapes and makes decisions with a systemic mindset
  • Works pragmatically and delivery‑oriented while maintaining high quality and long‑term architectural coherence
